BC Education @ Bluebird

Hard work does pay off! Being presented with the opportunity to become the Director of Backcountry Education in the up and coming ski area here in Colorado. Aiding in the development of the BC program last season, I was fully equipped and ready to stand to the responsibility of directing this department in the growth throughout the planning and development stages on through to the operational phase of coordinating a team of experienced backcountry instructors to deliver the curriculum that we developed to ensure the progression of our guests with safety at the forefront of our operation. I humbly and gratefully accept this position to lead the Bluebird BC Education Program. Establishing a professional operational standard that aligns with the industry of avalanche and snow safety regulations, of which will allow us to minimize our risk and increase the quality of product that we can offer in a safe and fun learning environment at Bluebird Backcountry.
